To complete our OOH department, we are currently looking for a Global B2B Lifecycle campaign Project Manager. In this role, you will support the Global B2B Coffee and Services Manager in the design, implementation and deployment of multi-channel lifecycle programs at global level. For each campaign, you will design and orchestrate performant campaigns, maximizing campaign ROI Moreover, you will work in close collaboration with the markets to increase the relevancy of our Lifecycle programs at the local level and ease their implementation. You will ensure that the Customer Experience & Insight Capability Manager is the right solution. You will continuously optimize the course of operation for the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, both at HQ level and with markets.


Key responsibilities

Gather insight, feedback and input from HQ functions and markets to design and implement multi-channel campaign & programs
Use research, insight and business feedback to generate initiatives and proposals that will improve the omnichannel campaigns and customer experience.
Work in close collaboration with all teams in the Customer function, Channels and IS / IT to ensure flawless multi-channel campaign execution
Brief external agencies on the production of Direct Marketing Communication Assets
Ensure with all stakeholders that are successfully tested and validated before global roll-out
Develop Design Guidebooks for every campaigns for Execution in the Markets

Required Profile

At least 5 years Marketing and / or Communication background gained in either FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications or Lifestyle / Luxury companies
Proven experience in life
Previous experience in CRM, Knowledge in CMS is a plus
Proven competence in Project Management
Fluent in English, French is a strong asset
